There are several ages where nutrition is a crucial part. This article is about teen boys and girls
And explain briefly the importance of proper nutrition.

Nutrition is important of course at any age, but when teenage child becomes more independent in
 its life it's
also means in nutrition. But not unlike other issues what he gone eat that will accompany him all is life.
Example - the age of physical growth (height) is determined primarily by genetic properties, but the
 realization of the potential itself is much related to nutrition.
Sample exams - you can complete even at 30! But your height is determined in those ages!
If you will used up your full potential, is what will accompany you all your life!

A good example can see on tress that grows in pots, they will never reach a height as tress in wild life.
They always remain too small. Always remember - movies, games, tests and matriculation you got all your life,
but until the age of 18 your height is determined and will not change a lifetime!

1. Breakfast is the most important meal! Do not leave home without breakfast.
 If you have little time in the morning, prepare yourself to something the night before.

2. Do not eat white flour products they are the main  factors to obesity because they lack nutrition 
 values I'm talking about - cakes, rolls, white bread, spaghetti, macaroni, Gihanon, Mlawah, pizza, etc.

3. Do not eat sweets - because they cause the expenditure of essential, causing the feeling of hunger
 after an hour, if you cannot deal without candy bar eat one after the main meal dessert (usually lunch).

4. Avoid drinking sugary carbonated drinks, even if they diet! Drink lots of water, water is a very important
ingredient in any diet,

5. Importance of orderly dining - eating at regular times, the stomach adapts to these hours and works best
when she gets food at regular times.

6. Avoid industry food like sausage, Mkedondlas bagel and various snacks.

7. Main dish at each meal should high in protein like : eggs, fish (salmon, herring, tuna), chicken breast,
lean beef, turkey breast, soy.

8. Vegetables eat as many vegetables as many colors as you can.

Remember that youth are the most beautiful period of life, builds yourself  during this time  
and you will benefit all your life.
